Hound (“we”) processes personal information as follows, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea.
1. What we collect, and why
① When you submit an inquiry or book a diagnostic — name, company, email, and your message; used to respond and coordinate the meeting.
② When you visit the site — IP address, pages visited and timestamps, referrer, browser/device information, and cookies (Google Analytics). Used for visit statistics and service improvement. We look up the public registration record (WHOIS) of visiting IP addresses to understand the visiting organization (company, university, etc.). This does not identify individual visitors.
2. Retention
- Inquiry data: 3 years after the inquiry is resolved
- Visit records: 12 months from collection
Data past its retention period is deleted without delay.
3. Third parties and processors
We do not sell or share personal information with third parties. We use the following processors, all operating in the United States: Google LLC (analytics), Resend (inquiry email delivery), Railway (hosting and storage), Slack (internal notifications).
4. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time via the contact below.
